Aashi Parashar, a 15-year-old student from Williamsville East High School in Buffalo, New York has been chosen to represent the United States at the upcoming World Karate Championships. With a long list of accomplishments under her belt, Parashar started studying martial arts at the young age of 3 and it was in tae-kwon-do where she found her passion for sparring and began consistently winning tournaments.

Parashar shared her story of hard work and determination that led her to being selected to compete in the World Karate Championships on Wake Up! Thursday. She talked about how she never gave up on her dream and how she pushed herself to become better every day. Her journey is an inspiration to many and a testament to the power of hard work and dedication.
